Description & Use

Raita is a fresh tasting accompaniment made with yoghurt, cucumber and spices to compliment Indian food. Also delicious on kebabs and Kofta.

Simple Raita

Ingredients & Instructions:

  • 1 teaspoon of Raita Spice Blend
  • 4 Tablespoons of plain yoghurt.
  • Combine spice mix with yoghurt.
  • Add 1/2 cup chopped or grated fresh cucumber to taste.

Serve as an accompaniment to Indian foods such as curries, samosas, pakoras, kofta and vegetarian meals. Also delicious with grills and salads.

Blended and packed in Australia from imported and local ingredients.
