Our Single Recipe Kits have been compiled to share some of our favourite recipes in an easy and accessible way. These kits include the spices you will need to enhance other readily available ingredients. There is enough spice to make the recipe more than once.
A large ham is a wonderful Christmas tradition, with leftovers served for days afterwards in salads and sandwiches. We also often freeze some to making pea and ham soup in the cooler months.
Herbie has been making this ham for many years, and the smell wafting through the kitchen is the biggest signifier in our house that it’s Christmas time. He has added Umami Seasoning and Urfa Biber recently to enhance the depth of flavour in the marinade.
