Single-Recipe Kit for Saffron Risotto & Chicken Cacciatore

Our Single Recipe Kits have been compiled to share some of our favourite recipes in an easy and accessible way. These kits include the spices you will need to enhance other readily available ingredients. There is enough spice to make the recipe more than once.

These classic Italian dishes go perfectly together or can be served separately.  Saffron gives an exotic flavour to the risotto, and leftovers can be used to make arancini balls.   Leftover cacciatore sauce can be frozen and used as a stand-by pasta sauce or an addition to Bolognese.
