Spice Tonic Tea

By adding our Spice Tonic to hot water and lemon, not only are you aiding digestion, but enjoying the health benefits of a healing combination of spices – a great way to start the day. You can also simply stir into fruit juice, or use as a dry rub on meat, fish and vegetables.

  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ teaspoon Herbie’s Spice Tonic
  • 200ml boiling water (off the boil)
  • 50ml ambient temperature water

  1. Add lemon and spices to a mug, add just boiled water and remaining water. Stir thoroughly, and continue to stir as you drink the tea.
