MULLED WINE SYRUP FOR FESTIVE FIZZ
Too hot for mulled wine? Make a batch of this syrup to gift, or serve with bubbles for a festive-flavoured tipple. Also, try our Mulled Wine Jelly for a hot climate alternative to Christmas pud.

CLASSIC GINGERBREAD BISCUITS
Having a tin of gingerbread biscuits on hand over the holidays for having with cups of tea is a must. Also a great activity for little bakers to get involved in.

CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
You won’t buy store bought cranberry sauce once you’ve made this. Simply put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for an hour. If fresh cranberries aren’t available, you can use frozen. We’ve added our Pickling Spices as well as the ‘Christmas Spices’ for added oomph.

CARDAMOM ROCKY ROAD
Another one of our favourites for the festive season, this spin on rocky road has Turkish delight instead of marshmallows, and pistachios and macadamias instead of peanuts. With a good hit of Cardamom and topped with our Spice Dust, it’s truly heavenly. Once you’ve tried this version, there’s no going back.

SPICED SHERRY SYRUP FOR PAVLOVA
This incredible syrup can easily be made ahead and bottled for gifting, or taken with you on holidays – buy ready made pavs for a quick, easy and utterly delicious pud. We’ve also been known to simply drizzle it over a bowl of vanilla ice cream.
