Description & Use
Wasabi is traditionally used with Japanese dishes such as Sushi and Sushimi. While similar to horseradish, wasabi has a unique flavour and very pungent heat. Mix 1 teaspoon of wasabi powder with 2 teaspoons of cold water, allow to stand for a few minutes – the enzyme reaction will create a penetrating, sinus-clearing heat.
Use sparingly and within about 12 hours of making! So only make-up small quantities at a time for best results.
