Horseradish Powder
Description
Use to make your own strength horseradish sauce.
Due to crop variations, when this powder is mixed with water to activate the enzyme, the colour becomes dark brown.
Although the appearance is not ideal, a good horseradish heat will develop after several minutes.

Description & Use
Horseradish root is pale cream to white in colour, and when cut or scraped releases powerful enzymes that are as hot as mustard. This horseradish powder can be re-constituted in cold water to activate the enzymes, and then blended with sour cream or mayonnaise to make a horseradish sauce. Traditionally used with cold meats such as roast and corned beef.
