Aussie Raita Recipe
This refreshing version of Raita is delicious with kangaroo and other game meats.
- ½ cucumber, finely grated and excess water drained
- 250ml (1 cup) plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Herbie’s Native River Mint
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and serve chilled. Best eaten the same day it is made.
