Description & Use

Closely related to Oregano, Marjoram is one of the most often used herbs in the cuisines of Europe. The flavour is distinctive but less pungent than Oregano. Use marjoram in meat and vegetable dishes, especially those containing pork and veal, and in recipes with cheese.
