Super Smoothies

Our new smoothie booster spice blend can be added to any of your regular smoothies or juices, or take inspiration from these four different recipes below.  With sweet and Australian native spices, this blend is also great in baking.

Ingredients

Mango Lassi

  • 2 bananas (approx 160g)
  • 1 mango (approx 130-150g flesh)
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/21 tsp Herbie’s Smoothie Booster Blend 
  • 400ml light coconut milk (or regular milk)
  • 2 tsp honey

Green Goodness

  • 40g baby spinach
  • 1 pear (approx 100g flesh)
  • 1/2 small cucumber (approx 100g)
  • 400ml apple juice (or apple and pear juice)
  • 1/21 tsp Herbie’s Smoothie Booster Blend

Snickers Smoothie

Instructions

Simply blitz all ingredients for each smoothie using a stick blender or vitamix style blender.  Add more spice if desired.  Enjoy!
