This cardamom-spiced rocky road is chock full of macadamias, pistachios, cardamom and Turkish delight (no marshmallows, sorry!). Topped with our heavenly Spice Dust, it’s the perfect sweet treat to have on hand. It will last for up to 4 weeks in the fridge, and can also be frozen.

Ingredients
- 200g 70% chocolate
- 300g 55% chocolate
- 100g shelled pistachios, chopped
- 100g macadamias, chopped
- 200g Turkish Delight
- 1 tsp Herbie’s Ground Cardamom
- 1 tsp Herbie’s Spice Dust
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a glass bowl over simmering water, or in a microwave. Line a lamington tray with plastic wrap or greaseproof paper.
- Stir in all ingredients except Spice Dust, and pour into tray.
- Chill until firm and sieve Spice Dust on top. Cut into squares to serve.
- Keep in the fridge.
