Ingredients: thyme, sage, onion, oregano, mint, savory, marjoram, rosemary, parsley.
Blended and packed in Australia from imported and local ingredients.
Description & Use: A special blend of traditional herbs used extensively as a seasoning for
American Thanksgiving Turkey. The recipe below gives stuffing or dressing options.
Recipe:
ONION & BACON STUFFING/DRESSING
300g (10 oz)  day-old white bread,broken
2 tbsp olive oil
2 large brown onions finely sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp brown sugar,
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
6 rashers streaky bacon finely diced
1 red apple finely diced
2 tbsp Turkey Stuffing Blend
Optional for Dressing:
2 cups stock

1 egg.

Heat oven to 400 F (200 C)

Place bread on baking tray, drizzle oil over

Cook 10-15 minutes until golden

Cook bacon 2-3 minutes, set aside.

Melt butter in heavy pan and stir in onions, sugar and vinegar

Cover, cook on low heat, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes until tender

Remove lid.

Add bacon, apple and herbs, increase heat to brown for 2 minutes.

Stir onion mixture into toasted bread and use hands to squeeze into stuffing mixture for inside a bird.
For stuffing dressing, whisk egg with stock

Place bread mixture into a greased baking dish and pour stock over
Bake for 25 minutes at 200 C (400 F)
