Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

This is a great store-cupboard standby that’s quick and healthy. Enjoy as a snack or add to salads.


Try using any of Herbie’s delicious spice blends with pumpkin seeds.
Add cashews, sunflower seeds or almonds.


  1. Heat pumpkin seeds over medium heat with olive oil. Stir regularly for 5 minutes until you hear the seeds being to ‘pop’. Add the rosemary, chilli and sea salt and stir for another 2 minutes.
  2. Remove to a bowl and cool slightly before serving.
  3. Once completely cool, store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
