Chai Latte

There is nothing more comforting than a mug of hot chai – however it makes an equally wonderful iced tea. Simply cool then serve over ice.

Ingredients
  • CLASSIC CHAI
  • 500ml (2 cups) milk
  • 1 quality black tea bag for 2 tsp tea leaves
  • 1 tsp Herbie’s Tea & Coffee Masala
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • Gently heat all ingredients without boiling for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to cool slightly for a few minutes. Strain into mugs and dust with cinnamon if desired.
  • VEGAN CHAI
  • 500ml (2 cups) plant based milk
  • 1 quality black tea bag for 2 tsp tea leaves
  • 1 tsp Herbie’s Tea & Coffee Masala
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • Gently heat all ingredients without boiling for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to cool slightly for a few minutes. Strain into mugs and dust with cinnamon if desired.
