Ingredients

  • 400g tenderstem broccoli
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200g burrata
  • 1 tbsp Herbie’s Furikake Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a large deep frying pan and add broccoli and water, stirring until water has dissolved, then pour in soy sauce, sesame and lemon juice, continuing to stir until sauce reduced and broccoli is just tender, but still with some bite. This should only take 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place broccoli on a serving plate and allow to cool very slightly (so cheese doesn’t completely melt), then tear the burrata into pieces on top and sprinkle with furikake.
  3. Enjoy warm or cold.
