A little treat on a fasting day, the tangy sumac adds a pop of flavour and colour to blueberries and yoghurt.
Sprinkle sumac on top just before serving, otherwise the red sumac will ‘bleed’ into the yoghurt.

- 125g blueberries (1 punnet), rinsed
- 250ml (1 cup) plain non fat yoghurt
- ½ tsp Herbie’s Spices Sumac
- Place blueberries in a shallow serving dish then cover with yoghurt and sprinkle with sumac and serve immediately.
