Blueberry Sumac Surprise

A little treat on a fasting day, the tangy sumac adds a pop of flavour and colour to blueberries and yoghurt.


Sprinkle sumac on top just before serving, otherwise the red sumac will ‘bleed’ into the yoghurt.
