On 25th August 2016, Herbie & Liz will be travelling to Patersons Cooking School in Warana QLD to conduct one of their popular Spice Appreciation Classes.
This Spice Appreciation class is the comprehensive introduction to spices that almost needs no introduction! In this two-hour session Herbie will navigate through the exotic waters of the history of the spice trade while Liz prepares some tasty morsels.
You will learn about many different spices, their origins, and how they are processed and traded. Most importantly, Herbie will de-mystify their flavours so you will feel comfortable using them in everyday cooking.
During the class you will be tasting the following dishes:

* Ras el Hanout Chicken
* Chettinad Chicken
* Fragrant Berries
