On Friday the 13th of October, Ian ‘Herbie’ Hemphill will be at Bendigo Wholefoods to talk spices and answer your herb and spice questions.
Herbie’s Spices was founded to fill a need in the community of cooks and food lovers who wanted to access hard-to-find herbs and spices, have access to reliable information and be assured of the very best quality available in the world. Herbie is now enjoying sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with food lovers in Australia and overseas.
Copies of Ian’s book, The Spice and Herb Bible 3rd Edition, will also be available to purchase, and have signed personally by Herbie.
