2 teaspoons Herbie’s Spices Caraway Seed Whole

2 teaspoons Herbie’s Spices Peppercorns Black Asta Whole

1 teaspoon Herbie’s Spices Cardamom Seed Green Whole

1-2 green chillies, roughly chopped, more to taste

1 large bunch coriander, leaves and stems, chopped

2 garlic cloves, peeled

1 lime, juiced

½ teaspoon salt

50mL olive oil

Methods/steps
  1. Lightly grind caraway, peppercorns and cardamom in a pestle and mortar. 
  2. Put all ingredients except oil in a food processor and blend, slowly adding oil to combine.
  3. Blend until pale and smooth. 
Additional Tips
For a milder sauce, add to some plain yoghurt before serving. Serve with grilled meats, to top canapes or use as a spicy dip.
