Za'atar Bread
Description Za'atar is a popular Middle-Eastern flavour, comprised of thyme, sumac, sesame seeds and salt.  It is often served with bread, either in this crispy version, or spread with lots of butter onto warm flatbread and rolled, so that the butter runs down to your elbow as you eat it.
