Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Sauce

4 cloves garlic
2 medium red chillies
¼ cup sugar
juice of 2 limes
½ cup fish sauce
1 cup water
Methods/steps

In the mortar and pestle pound the garlic and chillies to a paste.

Stir in the other ingredients.
