Spiced Couscous

500g quick-cooking couscous                            

1 teaspoon Herbie’s Spices Ras el Hanout                    

1 wedge preserved lemon, very finely chopped (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley or coriander

salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Methods/steps
  1. Mix together the dry couscous with the Ras el Hanout, then prepare following the instructions on the packet. 
  2. Just before serving, stir in the lemon (if using), finely chopped parsley or coriander leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Additional Tips
Use this as an exotic and fragrant bed for any grilled or barbequed meats.
