Pepper Steak
Description
Excellent steaks don't need much embellishment. This classic Pepper Steak does just what's needed.

100g butter chilled
2 tablespoons Herbie’s Spices Pepper Steak Seasoning
4 T-bone steaks
Methods/steps

Cut butter into 4 cubes and keep chilled.

Sprinkle the pepper steak seasoning over both sides of the steaks, pressing it in a bit with your fingers.

Cook on a hot grill to your desired stage of done-ness, turning once after about 3 minutes.

When the steaks come off the grill, place a cube of butter on each hot steak when you serve it.
Additional Tips
We like to serve these steaks with broad beans, but we always double-peel the beans. If you don't want to double-peel them, don't bother serving them.
