Eggs on Toast with Dukkah
Description It's amazing how Dukkah elevates this simple meal from basic breakfast to elegant lunch!

2 slices whole-grain bread
2 tablespoons (25mL) Herbie’s Spices Dukkah
salt and black pepper to taste
Place eggs in a small saucepan of cold water. Bring to a boil, then boil for 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast bread and spread with butter.
Place a slice of toast onto each of 2 plates, then carefully peel shells from eggs and place eggs on toast.
Gently break open to expose yolk and sprinkle with dukkah, salt and pepper.
Serve with additional dukkah for adding to taste.
