Tiger's Spice was originally developed for Tiger's Leagues Club in Sydney, to be used in their kitchens. The gold-and-black tiger theme was followed as closely as possible, with black sesame seeds and nigella seeds providing the black "stripes" through paprika and other spices. Hints of lime and lemon give a lovely lift to the flavours.

Although we have chosed Mediterranean-style vegetables for this recipe, you can do the same with any vegetables that you like. While the barbecue is hot, cook some chicken thigh fillets dusted with Herbie's Spices Greek Seasoning at the same time to complete your meal.
If you're really pushed for time, you could do this using frozen pieces of corn on the cob. But for a better quality result, we think it's worth using fresh corn.
