Chicken & Pork
This version was developed when Herbie featured on Surprise Chef (Channel 7) many years ago, and has become a family favourite.
Although Panch Phora is a traditional Indian blend (the words mean "five seeds"), this pork dish is a thoroughly Mod-Oz use for the spices.
Vindaloo is traditionally the hottest curry in the curry spectrum, with a sharper, less full-bodied flavour profile. This vindaloo delivers the classic Goan-style dish, however the heat does not overwhelm the flavour.
